Join A Remote Support Session


First call (305) 443-2858 and ask to speak with a remote support agent.

Second click on your operating system's logo to download and run our Remote QuickSupport tool. NOTE: If a windows from DropBox appears asking you to join please hit the X in the upper right corner to close. We use DropBox for rapidly uploading updated client software in the most secure manner.


For Windows Computers

  • Save  the "SpeedyQS_WinEnglish.exe" file to your Desktop (or wherever you can easily find it).
  • Double-click on the saved file to run it. This will open a connection permission screen that displays Your ID and Password.
  • Please give the remote support technician this information.


For Apple Computers

  • Save the "TeamViewerQS.dmg" file to your Applications folder. 
  • Run TeamViewerQS.dmg.This will open a connection permission screen that displays Your ID and Password.
  • Please give the remote support technician this information.


NOTE: The "TeamViewerQS" file only runs as an Internet connection application. If you do not expect to need further remote support from Speedy Gecko after this session ends, you can safely remove TeamViewer by simply dragging its icon to the Trash icon in the Dock (MAC) or right-click and select delete in Windows.
